RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Remember that when you shop at LaBalancia.PL, you are safe and have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement for a product in our online store within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Standard refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Before using your right to return, please try on our clothes only in a physical store, if possible, to ensure they are free from mechanical damage, clean and free from any odors.

Complaints – remember that we are also liable for our products under warranty if they have physical defects. The basis and scope of our liability for product defects under warranty is defined by generally applicable laws, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code. We are obligated to deliver a product free of defects. We are liable under warranty if a physical defect is discovered within two years from the date of delivery to the buyer. Important! We are liable under warranty for physical defects that existed at the time the risk passed to the buyer or resulted from a cause inherent in the item sold at the same time.

Please remember that if a product is covered by a warranty, you can also file a complaint based on that warranty – however, in this case, the addressee will be the guarantor specified in the warranty.
